The agreement was reached during the meeting of the Belarusian government delegation and Chief Executive of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region Liang Zhenying on 16 January. The agreement will come into force once the intrastate procedures in the Republic of Belarus and the People's Republic of China are over.
