The structure part of the theater is the Belarusian Drama Centre, which organizes internships, workshops, seminars, cycles of other measures aimed at providing practical and methodological assistance to budding creators. The center is one of the experimental stages of creative fields, where can be realized the potential of the young playwright or director. Theatre School has already about four dozen authors. Along with the production of plays by Belarusian authors, theater artists put the play of world drama in the Belarusian language.

The influx of new creative forces in the theatrical troupe made the theater a favorite of the Minsk youth and the older generation of theater-goers.
